I WANT to say, “this digital crap’s okay, but give me a REAL book”. What I must say is I LOVE the digital ebook format. I use the Kindle app for Blackberry and man, it’s great! Probably the greatest part is the price. I just bought an ebook for $2.99 that would have cost me $30 in a book store (are there any book stores left?).

Heading to Lufkin Texas next weekend for the Pineywoods Purgatory. I’m planning to do the 72 mile route which will be my longest ride yet. Supposed to be some pretty challenging hills on this tour. Hopefully my hill work around here will be to my advantage.

Cigars: Every Cigar an Event

Now why would I say that? If you’re not a cigar smoker you might ask this question. Now let’s be clear, I’m not talking about the machine made cigars you get at the gas station (Black & Mild, King Edward, etc.), I’m talking about premium hand made cigars. You’re not going to step out for a quick smoke with one of these because a good cigar will take you at least forty minutes to an hour to smoke.
