I was born and raised in The Netherlands, lived in the USA for almost 20 years. I married my husband in 1999 via an arranged marriage by my Teacher Yogi Bhajan and returned to my roots in 2017.
It has always been my dream to open a Women's Center and offer Healing modalities and Yoga to those who want and need it.
ISHNANA is my dream and realization. The name was given to me via Meditation and means "She who knows All"... this to me are all Women, who have All the Innate Wisdom inside, then, now, and for Eternity.
I offer Pelvic Balancing Sessions to regain Vitality and Balance in the Center of your BEing as Woman, and also Navel Centering Massages to help connect to your Center of Projection. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes every Saturday at 10 am, at The Studio at Turennestraat 25 in Maastricht.
I honor all Life, all Beings, all Denominations, all Genders and know that the One thing we all have in common is our Humanity and the ultimate desire to Love and Be Loved.
