The Firm's practice is concentrated in four primary areas: obtaining intellectual property rights in the United States and abroad; advising clients regarding those rights; litigation and litigation support; and licensing. The practice therefore includes: domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution; counseling on the availability, validity and enforcement of intellectual property rights; patent interference proceedings; trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings; seizures of infringing products both in the Federal Courts and with the U.S. Customs Service; litigating patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret and copyright infringement cases and negotiating and drafting license agreements. More recently, the firm has expanded its litigation support services, by providing supplemental support to other law firms in litigation handled by nationally prominent, non-patent trial lawyers and by providing litigation oversight services to corporate clients that are represented by large law firms but lack litigation-experienced, in-house counsel to oversee the litigation and report directly to management.
