She lives, works, plays, and believes in the area she services. Leah always works diligently for her clients to get them the best deal. She will guide you through the process, provide professional advice based on your needs, analyze current market trends, negotiate contract terms, and monitor all details with open communication.
Broker and owner of North Georgia Lakeside Realty, Leah Smith has been in the real estate industry since 2002. Starting out as a Title Examiner and an assistant to a closing attorney, she became dedicated to the industry. Working in many facets of the industry including as manager for an investment company from 2005-2010, as a licensed sales agent since 2006, and a licensed Broker since 2013, Leah Smith has years of experience & a great knowledge of the industry to put to work for her Buyers & Sellers.
When she is not assisting clients, Leah can be found caring for her children, volunteering at her church, hiking sections of the beautiful Appalachian trail, or relaxing with the family aboard her husband's, Lake Lanier Fishing Co. center console fishing boat on beautiful Lake Lanier.
