The Rural Caucus of the California Legislature says that
Californian’s living in rural areas benefitted from several key victories related
to health and social services, transportation, resources and local government when the
Governor signed the $105.4 billion budget.
National Master William Steele paid a visit to California
State Grange during a meeting of the Executive Committee in August. Brother Bill’s
visit was part of a swing through the West which included a trip to Alaska to officially
establish the Alaska State Grange.
