Formed in the early summer of 2000, The Gorgeous Washington Street Association has been called quite a few things. Gorgeous Georges. Funky. Mostly, a great idea coming into focus here in downtown Binghamton New York. Yes. The Twilight Zone has a downtown area and it's in need of some serious attention. |
