To our many Tree Farm friends and customers -
We are well aware of the reminder in the Bible that "for everything there is a time - and a season for every activity "..... and after our 45+ years with the Christmas tree farm it has become the time for us to make some changes. The farm will be open and operating as usual this season (Nov-Dec 2019) Our plans going forward, after this selling season, are to sell the farm and our home and move to a retirement community near Berry College in Rome GA. We sincerely hope to find a buyer for the farm who will continue to operate it as a choose & cut Christmas tree farm so that you and your families can continue the tradition that the farm has been a part of. If you - or someone you know has an interest in the farm, please contact us for more information. We believe that we have a unique market in that we have the only "choose & cut" fir trees growing in this area of Georgia and we know that there is a very good market for these trees going forward. We have several hundred fir growing and several hundred ready to plant in the field this winter. The farm has an excellent deep well for irrigation, the well will produce over 100 gallons of water per minute
