We have a strict cancellation policy. Please read and understand it before booking. When you book with us, we reserve the house for your arrival and therefore turn away other potential guests.

Cancellation Policy: A one night deposit will be charged for all cancellations. Should you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will be responsible for two night. Should you cancel within 7 days you will be responsible for the full reservation.

   Kitty took the long road to becoming a guest house owner. Before opening her guest houses, she was a software guru, a jet pilot and then a journalist. Now she focuses on keeping a balance between work and play.
    Nothing gives her greater joy than making life better for someone else. 
    She does all of the daily work including house, lawn, marketing and most of the maintenance. Sometimes she pulls her husband, John, in to help out.
